The cleanliness, location, management and quality of the food warranted a review. If ever you want all good things wrapped into one, I would advise you to check out this Panda Express....They are second to none! Thank you for AWESOME customer service! 🙂
Panda Express had a special kids event for Chinese New Year from 2pm to 5pm where kids ate for free, which was so awesome! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The kids also received a cute panda keychain, headband, and, coupons, and coloring book with crayons and a drawstring bag. It made the celebration extra special. Such a thoughtful and fun experience for families!
We stopped here for dinner on 02/15 evening. We ordered 2 plates and veg rolls.Almost all the items were undercooked except the Kung pao chicken and the veg rolls. Beans in string bean chicken were almost green, grassy squeaky and raw. Teriyaki and shrimp would be awesome if cooked for a couple more minutes.Egg in the fried rice didn't blend and the egg flavor was off setting, on the raw side. Most disappointing was the chow mein, a very strong fish flavored noodles. The smell and taste was very fishy, may be cross contaminated with a fish dish. Not the typical Panda flavors I used to. Very beautiful location and a clean store. Nice employees, cleanest panda around DFW, Typical panda portions, loaded portions size and beautiful fountain soda machine. Silas and the rest of staff were very helpful. I wish they would fix things and turnaround our experience next time.
